Storm Damage Restoration

This is the second time we have had to use SERVPRO in the last 2 years due to flooding in our basement. I must say that everything about the company was performed above my expectations.  They were able to get someone out the same day that I called them, the workers worked quickly to get the water out, several (11!) industrial fans and dehumidifiers were left until everything was dry, and everything was explained perfectly.  They worked directly with the insurance to get reimbursed what was owed them and contacted me only when additional answers were needed. As much as I hated having my basement flood again, SERVPRO made it so much easier.  I definitely recommend them!!!

The representatives of SERVPRO that I dealt with were absolutely awesome.  Your office representative kept me informed from the start, in minute detail.  She was very responsive to my questions about the service choices I had (pod or your storage facility). Your estimator was very knowledgeable.  The team that came out to do the packing up of my goods was very professional, careful, and cheerful. They were extremely careful with my goods to ensure no damage was incurred.  And because you sent the same team back out after my floors were repaired, they knew were everything went.   All in all working with SERVPRO has been a great experience.

Coming home to a flooded basement is NOT the ideal Sunday afternoon. After all of our torrential rain we checked before we left for brunch and just being gone a few short hours already had 2 inches of water in the basement!

Panic set in and knowing how busy all the restoration companies would be with other flooded houses we were left to despair thinking that we would wake up again tomorrow with mold. Luckily Melissa from SERVPRO dispatched a team do water techs that not only came out the same day but started the work immediately.

We had dehumidifiers and fans in our house for about a week and the job was done right and we were able to save a lot of our belongings!!! We have connections to other companies and even they couldn’t get someone out the same day. I am so thrilled with their response time and customer service and will definitely refer them to anyone I know inside or outside of Loudoun County!

They came and repaired a water leak that had affected three floors, including a ceiling that came down and floors that were ruined. They also took out some old carpet, and cleaned an area carpet. The work turned out really well!

This SERVPRO responded to an emergency situation the same afternoon. Their technicians were were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They provided an accurate estimate and started work immediately. They had all the right equipment with them to do the job, which consisted of pulling up soaked carpet, removing soaked padding, vacuuming up water, and finding areas of the wall that had gotten damp. They brought in blowers to dry the carpet, and returned daily to check on progress and to treat the carpet with anti-mold chemicals. Thanks to their quick response and quality equipment no drywall had to be removed/replaced.

Words can not explain how GREAT the service was today at our home - I am sorry I don't have the names of the 2 guys that came out, but they were AWESOME! They explained everything to us in detail and went to work fast. I fell they deserve a BIG RAISE - they represented your company very well.

Excellent service. Clean up after they finish the job. Recommended contractor to replace my water heater. Save me $800.00. I refer them to a friend. She was very happy with their service. 

These guys gave us a great experience with a terrible disaster. Our basement flooded and our insurance company recommended them. They arrived immediately and began work- explained everything to us and true to their word, we survived the disaster as if it never even happened. Thanks to Tia and the whole crew that helped us.
