Storm Damage Restoration

This is the second time we have had to use SERVPRO in the last 2 years due to flooding in our basement. I must say that everything about the company was performed above my expectations. They were able to get someone out the same day that I called them, the workers worked quickly to get the water out, several (11!) industrial fans and dehumidifiers were left until everything was dry, and everything was explained perfectly.  They worked directly with the insurance to get reimbursed what was owed them and contacted me only when additional answers were needed. As much as I hated having my basement flood again, SERVPRO made it so much easier.  I definitely recommend them!!!

After sewer water backed-up into our house unexpectedly at night, the insurance contracted Serv-Pro to assist with the clean-up.  I was contacted the very next day, a consultant visited the house and assessed the situation by lunch time, and everything was cleaned by the end of that evening.  I was very impressed with their professionalism.  Not only did the clean everything up quickly, but they explained the process every step of the way.  Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Serv-pro to anyone.  ---- Samuel Woodbridge

They came and repaired a water leak that had affected three floors, including a ceiling that came down and floors that were ruined. They also took out some old carpet, and cleaned an area carpet. The work turned out really well!

This SERVPRO responded to an emergency situation the same afternoon. Their technicians were were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They provided an accurate estimate and started work immediately. They had all the right equipment with them to do the job, which consisted of pulling up soaked carpet, removing soaked padding, vacuuming up water, and finding areas of the wall that had gotten damp. They brought in blowers to dry the carpet, and returned daily to check on progress and to treat the carpet with anti-mold chemicals. Thanks to their quick response and quality equipment no drywall had to be removed/replaced.

Excellent service! I recently had a water damage and called SERVPRO of Loudoun County. They showed up on site in less that 20 minutes and started the cleaning and drying process. They worked directly with my insurance company and I did not have to pay anything out of pocket. Great company!!!

When it was discovered that an old spiteful tenant purposely left the washer water valve on in the laundry room. It was a disaster! I had no idea who to call or what to do! It had gotten so bad that mold started to develop on the wall around the valves! Not to mention the other areas that were affected by the running water! I thought to myself, "What a mess!" When my insurance recommended SERVPRO I have to admit I was very skeptical. But they arrived in less then an hour to address the situation. Because of SERVPRO I was able to move a new tenant in less then two weeks! Thanks to their speedy service! I will definitely be using SERVPRO again!

I had a 2nd floorvwater leak that resulted in a mold smell that was at times overwhelming. Fixed the leak myself and had SERVPRO provide an estimated for remediation which was accepted and executed.
