Deyaneira "Dee" Velazquez is our Human Resources Manager and has been proudly supporting Team Warnecki since 2024. She is passionate about this team and is grateful to be part of a company that values growth, collaboration, and excellence.

Alexis is SERVPRO Team Warnecki’s Construction Division Manager. She has been with the company for over three years. She graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has earned her Level 2 Xactimate Certification during her time at SERVPRO. Alexis values the family-oriented culture of Team Warnecki, where everyone is willing to support one another. As a division manager, she is grateful for the opportunity to lead such a strong team and department. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Glenn is our Fleet Manager, he makes sure all our vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready to roll at a moment’s notice. With years of experience and a knack for problem-solving, Glenn is the go-to guy for anything with an engine. When he’s off the clock, you’ll probably find him working on a project car, cheering on his favorite team, or enjoying a quiet afternoon with his family

Susan is our Fire & Contents Division Manager, she has been with the SERVPRO brand for 18 years and brings extensive experience to her role. She holds IICRC certifications in Fire & Smoke Restoration and Odor Control. Dedicated to her work, she takes pride in helping customers restore their homes and businesses. Outside of SERVPRO, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband, Keith, and their two children, Katlynn and Konner. In her free time, she can often be found in the garage working on classic cars or in the woods enjoying her passion for hunting.

Steven Adams is the Sales and Marketing Manager for SERVPRO, bringing 11 years of experience in the restoration industry. He holds an IICRC certification in water mitigation and works closely with clients to help them prepare for and minimize potential emergencies. When he’s not responding to urgent situations, Steven takes pride in providing guidance and support to those in need, making his work both meaningful and rewarding. A proud United States Navy veteran, he is even prouder of his role as a father of two.

Dan is our fantastic Sales and Marketing Representative. With over 20 years of sales experience, 6 of which with SERVPRO, his expertise continues to help us expand our service to those in need. In fact, at the end of the day, that is Dan’s favorite part of the job, being able to help home and commercial property owners get back to normal after a disaster. A Penn State graduate, Dan enjoys playing recreational ice hockey, and taking his daughters to their soccer and lacrosse games in his free time.

Hermela is our Social Media Coordinator at SERVPRO of Alexandria. She has 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and trying new restaurants. Her creativity and eye for detail help bring our brand to life online and keep our community engaged!

Kara is the Office Manager at SERVPRO, bringing four years of experience in the administrative field. She is passionate about putting her best foot forward in everything she does, ensuring efficiency and support. Dedicated to creating a positive workplace, she values organization, communication, and teamwork. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting, capturing moments through photography, and traveling

Megan is a Senior Construction Project Manager, she joined SERVPRO Team Warnecki in 2023 as a Construction Estimator. With the support of her team, she earned her Xactimate Mastery certification, further strengthening her skills in the field. In July 2024, she was promoted to Construction Project Manager and has been loving every moment of it. Not a day goes by where she doesn't learn something new, embracing every opportunity to grow and excel in her role.

Laura is a Construction Coordinator at SERVPRO Team Warnecki, she values the opportunity to continuously improve through certifications that enhance her skills. She appreciates the company's commitment to professional growth while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Jennifer is our Lead Job File Coordinator and has been with SERVPRO Team Warnecki for over six years. She is Level 2 Xactimate certified and takes pride in her role, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in job file management. She enjoys working at SERVPRO because of its strong family-oriented culture, where teamwork, kindness, and encouragement help everyone achieve their best.

Yvette is one of our Job File Coordinators for SERVPRO’s Water Division. With several years of experience as an administrative assistant, she has developed the skills to navigate and grow in her current role. She takes pride in helping wherever she can and appreciates being part of a positive work environment that allows her to make a meaningful impact each day. In her free time, Yvette enjoys painting, volunteering, and reading.

Olivia has been the Billing Admin/Dispatch Coordinator at SERVPRO of Alexandria for over a year. They have greatly valued the opportunity to support both the company and customers during stressful times, assisting those facing home damages and financial challenges. Their goal is to provide the best possible support in acquiring payments and assisting customers to help keep the company running smoothly.

Karen is our Dispatcher at SERVPRO, bringing 20 years of experience in dispatch and scheduling across various industries. She specializes in coordinating water mitigation calls and ensuring teams respond quickly during emergencies. She also serves as the emergency after-hours dispatcher. Outside of work, Karen enjoys shopping, watching Netflix, and spending time with her three cats—including her 21-year-old senior cat, who she considers her loyal companion.

Taniko is the friendly face behind the numbers, making sure everything adds up and runs smoothly in our billing process. As an AR Specialist, she’s all about accuracy, organization, and keeping things on track. Known for her positive energy and can-do attitude, she brings a spark to Team Warnecki.. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing with her family, trying new recipes, and squeezing in a little online shopping when she can!

Hilary is a Job File Coordinator with nine years of experience in mitigation processing and is a certified WRT. She specializes in processing claims for various insurance providers and programs, including Alacrity, Contractor Connection, and Symbility. Hilary enjoys her role because each day brings something new and different.

Kevin is our Mold Production Manager! He has been a part of our SERVPRO family for over 7 years now, and what he enjoys most about the job is being able to help homeowners during hard times. IICRC certified in water damage restoration, applied microbial remediation, odor control, and carpet cleaning, Kevin is also a certified technician through the American Bio Recovery Association (ABRA). When he isn’t working, he loves going to sporting events and coaching his kids’ youth sport teams!

Born and raised in the DC Metro Area, Jose is one of our awesome Job File Coordinators! He graduated from Gonzaga College High School in the district and received his Associates Degree in Business Administration from NVCC in Alexandria. He has five plus years of experience in customer service and one in data management under his belt. When he is not helping our team reach our full potential, he enjoys relaxing with friends, reading comics, and playing his Nintendo Switch.

Carlos is the Senior Production Manager at SERVPRO, bringing over 17 years of experience to the team. His extensive knowledge and leadership play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, he takes pride in helping clients restore their homes and businesses after disasters. Carlos is dedicated to mentoring his team and upholding SERVPRO’s high standards of service.

Francisco is our amazing Senior Production Manager! He has over four years of experience and holds three main certifications including Applied Structural Drying Technician, Water Removal Technician, and Carpet Cleaning Technician. He also has experience as a heavy Equipment Operator at the union local 77. In his free time, Francisco enjoys taking his two daughters to the park along with his dog Rocky. He's constantly striving do the right thing and work hard in order to provide the absolute best for his family.

Martin began his journey at SERVPRO as a Water Technician and worked his way up to Crew Chief before being promoted to Project Manager for the Water Division. Along the way, he earned certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration. He enjoys working at SERVPRO because of the continuous opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Alex is one of our Production Managers in the Water Division, he brings over five years of mitigation experience and holds certifications in both water and fire restoration. He takes pride in using his knowledge to help ease the stress that comes with property damage, ensuring each project is handled with care and efficiency. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, researching new topics online, and playing video games.

Joey is one of our awesome Project Managers for the Water Division! He has been a part of our SERVPRO family for over five years now and continues to be instrumental in our success. His favorite part of his job is meeting new people every day. He graduated from college with a bachelor’s degree and enjoys working out, hunting, fishing, and farming in his free time.

Justin is one of our Fire Project Managers, With over 14 years on Team Warnecki, Justin brings unmatched expertise, leadership, and dedication to every project. He’s IICRC certified in water, fire, and odor control, and his deep experience makes him an invaluable part of our team. Justin enjoys working with a great group of people every day. He also holds an associate degree in network security and loves watching football and gaming in his free time.

Carlos is one of our fantastic Crew Chiefs! With over 8 years of mitigation experience, more than 3 of which working with SERVPRO, Carlos leads other technicians in the field, providing the less familiar with his wealth of knowledge. When not running a job, Carlos enjoys running the track and spending time with his son. We are lucky to have him on our team!

Sonny is one of our Crew Chiefs for the Water Division, known for leading by example and getting the job done right. With a strong work ethic and years of hands-on experience, he helps keeps his team motivated and projects moving smoothly. Off the clock, Sonny enjoys spending time with friends, racing on the weekends, and working on his car.

Mike is our Crew Chief for the Mold Division with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality. As Production Manager, he’s all about solving problems efficiently and making sure every job is done right the first time. With a passion for helping people restore their homes, Mike brings both expertise and heart to the team. Outside of work, he enjoys weekend hikes, home improvement projects, and catching up on his favorite shows.

Miguel is a hardworking Crew Chief for the Water Division who brings skill, leadership, and a positive attitude to every job site. He's known for staying calm under pressure and making sure each project runs smoothly from start to finish. When he’s not leading the team, Miguel enjoys spending time with familyand watching sports.

Clinton is a Project Manager in the Water Division with over ten years of experience in the restoration industry. He holds certifications in Water, Fire, and Smoke Odor and has gained extensive knowledge across many areas through hands-on experience. He values SERVPRO Team Warnecki’s commitment to its customers, making it easy to maintain a positive attitude on the job.

With over 12 years at SERVPRO, Mina is a seasoned pro when it comes to fire restoration. As Crew Lead, she brings experience, leadership, and a steady hand to every project. Her team knows they can count on her to handle even the toughest jobs with confidence and care. Outside of work, Mina enjoys gardening, weekend road trips, and spending quality time with her kids.

Neva is the Warehouse Manager and takes great pride in her work. She enjoys the variety her role brings each day and has hands-on experience in floor work, including stripping and waxing tile. One of her favorite aspects of the job is working with an amazing team. Neva is dedicated to always doing her best and contributing to the success of the company.

With over 15 years at SERVPRO, Arminda is a true expert in fire and contents restoration. As our Fire & Contents Field Trainer, she’s passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping team members grow their skills out in the field. She's known for her patience, precision, and dedication to getting the job done right. When she’s not training the next generation, she's spending time with her family.

Andres is one of our Water Production Technicians. From day one, he's brought a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and a willingness to jump in and learn. As part of our water mitigation crew, he’s quickly becoming a dependable part of Team Warnecki, helping customers get back on their feet after water damage.

Cristian is one of our Water Production Technicians, Known for his attention to detail and calm under pressure, he’s someone we can count on to get the job done right — especially during those fast-paced emergency calls. He's passionate about helping people recover from water damage and takes pride in representing SERVPRO in the field. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and catching up on his favorite shows when he gets the chance.

Patricia is one of our Water Production Technicians! Originally from El Salvador, she moved to Maryland in 2013 and fell in love with the United States. She has been working at SERVPRO for almost 3 years. She loves working with our team because “everyone is so nice and helpful.” On her free time, she loves going to the gym and spending time with her two daughters and her mom.

Quinton is one of our Water Production Technicians known for his attention to detail and commitment. With a strong work ethic and hands-on experience in the field, he plays a key role in motivating the team. When he’s not on the job, Carlos enjoys spending time at the bowling alley, where he channels the same focus and precision into perfecting his game.

Patrick is our newest Production Tech for the Mold Division. He's been here just under two months but still makes an impact on our team. He enjoys being a family man, spending time with his fiancé and two boys. In his free time he also enjoys hunting and fishing, and running.

Anthony is a dedicated Fire Production Technician at SERVPRO Team Warnecki, specializing in fire damage restoration. He takes pride in helping clients navigate challenging situations by carefully cleaning, clearing, and safely packing their belongings for transport and restoration. Kevin is a dedicated Fire Production Technician at SERVPRO Team Warnecki who values the camaraderie of his team, making every workday enjoyable. Marta is one of our Fire Production Technicians, she brings heart and hustle to every fire restoration job she’s on. She's all about jumping in, staying focused, and making sure each space is cleaned up and cared for like it’s her own. When she’s not in the field, you’ll probably find her catching up with family over coffee and laughs.

Amber is a Fire Production Technician at SERVPRO Team Warnecki with 3+ years of in-field experience in the fire division. She is actively working toward obtaining her certifications and takes pride in helping her community. Amber enjoys working with a dedicated team, always striving to put their best effort into every project.

Shane is a Production Technician in the Fire Division at SERVPRO. He enjoys the dynamic nature of his role, as no two days are the same. Shane finds fulfillment in helping others, whether assisting customers in their time of need or supporting his coworkers.
