Meet Our Team

Heather is a star estimator for our Mitigation Department. She is in constant communication with adjusters, agents and representatives of insurance companies ensuring that your estimate is prepared to Insurance Industry standards. She also efficiently handles questions from both adjusters and clients on a regular basis regarding any questions dealing with claims. She is a team player in every way and always helps whenever she can. We are lucky to have her as part of our team! In her spare time, she enjoys going to the movies with her family and holding her new grandbabies.

Kate is our Office Manager, Lead Estimator and Head Job File Coordinator. Kate has been with us for nearly a decade and is an integral part of daily operations. We appreciate her attention to detail, team mentality and tenacity. She is a SERVPRO maven, and keeps us organized, focused and motivated. If Kate could describe SERVPRO and our company culture in a few words they would be Rewarding, Positive and Professional.

Silva brings skills to the table that are, excellent qualities for SERVPRO. They include electrician, carpentry and technical trouble shooting. Silva believes in safety first and cleans the job site before and after. His favorite daily task at SERVPRO is watching the process come together for our customer’s homes. If he could describe SERVPRO and the working environment in a few words it would be safe, accurate and taskful.

Aaron, our Mitigation Manager, excels at customer service and has great empathy for our clients. He helps walk them through their emergencies and is in constant communication with adjusters on behalf of the customer. He has certifications in National Incident Management Systems; Fire Control; 4A & 4B Flammable Gasses & Liquids; IICRC Water, Fire, Mold; and Basic EMT. He enjoys cooking, eating, as well as outdoor recreational activities with his family.

Jason is our Marketing Manager and has been with SERVPRO since Dec. 2012. His job is to increase business by developing relationships with Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers, School Districts, Municipalities, and other various industries. He also teaches many of our Continuing Education classes. On a personal note, he enjoys working with youth athletic organizations and has coached football from little league to High School for over 30 years. During this time he has sat on the board of a number of these organizations.

Catelyn does our accounts receivables and accounts payables; she has a lot of integrity and is fiscally responsible when it comes to collections. She works closely with our clients and the insurance companies to ensure funds get released timely. When she is not working, she believes in saving the sharks and spending time with her three dogs.

Justin has several years experience as a Production Technician on the repair and restoration crew. After the mitigation of a fire or water loss it is up to the restoration crew to finish making a house or commercial property look "Like it never even happened."

Mont is our Fire Specialist. He has close to 40 years working in the Fire Industry including over 25 years with Unified Fire. He also worked more than a dozen years as a Civilian Employee for Park City Fire. We at SERVPRO are excited to have someone with his knowledge and experience heading up our Fire Program.

Luis is our Painting Journeyman here at SERVPRO of West Jordan/South Jordan/North Draper.

Ruben works in our Repair Department here at SERVPRO of West Jordan.

Sterling works in our Mitigation Department here at SERVPRO of West Jordan.

Abram is our Crew Chief here at SERVPRO of West Jordan.

Miguel is an Estimator for our Repair Department. He is awesome at communicating with both our customers and insurance adjusters, keeping both parties up to date on the progress of jobs. Miguel is also our materials coordinator responsible for purchasing supplies for the projects. In his spare time he enjoys both graphic and interior design which complements his job as an Estimator.

Hugo works in our repair department here at SERVPRO of West Jordan. We are lucky to have him on our team!

Devin works in our Repair Department here at SERVPRO of West Jordan. He helps make water, fire, and mold damages "Like it never even happened."

Chavis works in our Mitigation Department here at SERVPRO of West Jordan.

Noah works in our Mitigation Department here at SERVPRO of West Jordan.

Brant joined our team as a Business Development Representative in August of 2020. He focuses on commercial businesses that include property management, office and other industrial buildings, commercial construction and local government facilities. He has 20+ years of sales and business development experience and really enjoys meeting new people. In his spare time, you can find Brant in the mountains; hiking, hunting and photographing wildlife. He also loves to play tennis and golf or spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Lyla Nock has been a part of the SERVPRO family in NC and Utah since 2013. She is in our marketing department, and enjoys meeting and interacting with many of our insurance agents and property managers. She has been in marketing and sales for over 25 years, she has been a small business owner, loves to volunteer in her community, and enjoys helping and serving our clients and families. She has been married for 34 years, is a mother of 7, nana to 10 and enjoys traveling, emceeing/organizing events, being with her family, and church activities.
