The guys were great and made me feel confident in my decision to have SERVPRO clean up after my sump pump failed.
My experience with SERVPRO has been 100% positive. I experience a leak from an upstairs toilet which caused significant damage to the room below. Josh and Andy were able to come out almost immediately to start clean-up and water damage mitigation. They placed fans both upstairs in the bathroom and downstairs in the affected room. Josh explained to me the whole process thoroughly so I understood what to expect. He then came by everyday for 5 days to check the moisture levels and adjust the fans as needed. He was always on time and was able to work around my schedule. He was also extremely informed, kind, and courteous. I’m glad my insurance company recommended these guys, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Justin was amazing. He came out quickly, answered all of my questions, and was thorough. He made a bad situation much better. If I ever need help again I will not hesitate to call SERVPRO.
Upon returning home found a mess from the storm. SERVPRO took care of us.
