About Us
For the past 40 years, our trained SERVPRO staff has been providing the residents of Bountiful, Centerville, and Farmington with impeccable restoration and recovery services. We have been working on perfecting our services so we’re able to respond to any disaster faster and more effectively than any of the other companies out there. We realize that our customers are filled with feelings of anxiety and dread when faced with these kinds of disasters. Rather than compound their dread, we like to hop into the middle of the fray and bring them a sense of peace they might have thought wouldn’t come for much longer.
We work closely with insurance agents in the area to make sure that they are aware of what we are doing. To keep this relationship going, we visit them on a monthly basis and provide training on the newest techniques in the industry. This rapport is important because it ensures that any delays that might occur between when the disaster is reported and when the insurance company decides that they want to respond are minimal. Time is of the essence when you’re responding to a disaster and we don’t want to waste a moment.
