Ivins is the middle of the road. With a population between 3500 and 4500 residents, Ivins is in the middle of nowhere. While it’s not as small as one might think, it’s not an exciting place either. There are only 3 hospitals in Ivins, with 2 of them being a small urgent care facility that treats minor ailments and injuries but doesn't offer surgical services or intensive medical treatments. The other hospital is one of the largest independent healthcare facilities in the state with more than 600 beds for patients to stay in.
