Daybreak Restoration

Daybreak Community, Utah is a census-designated place in Utah County. According to a census bureau report in 2017, the population of this small town was 511 people. There are currently no active businesses in Daybreak, Utah and most homes within the community were built between 2000 and 2010. The average elevation above sea level is about 6,000 feet, making this a very high altitude town as compared to most other communities in America. The climate here is calm and pleasant with temperatures that range from 45 degrees Fahrenheit up to 77 degrees during summer months and down to 0 degrees during winter months.

As a company, SERVPRO of West Jordan is superior in their immediate on time performance and their quality of work is unsurpassed. They’ve been a true life saver in handling the severe water damage we incurred due to a large ice dam on our roof. These guys are awesome!

I woke up on New Years day to find my basement was flooding. Even though it was a holiday, their after hours team was very quick to answer the call. I live about 50 minutes away from them and they were here in about 60.

My normal experience with On Call is resentment, frustration, and bare minimum effort usually pushing the issue off to the team in the morning. That was not the case with Evan. He came in, quickly assessed the situation, reassured me that things would be better, and had a great attitude about the entire thing.

He even answered all of my questions clearly and accurately without complaint, and I ask a LOT of questions.

I hope I won't ever need flood/water damage services again in the future. But I if I do these guys will be the first call I make.

SERVPRO came out extremely quick to do a mold test. The person contracted to buy my home requested SERVPRO to do a mold test. I knew I didn't have mold anywhere but still allowed it so they had no room for a bargain chip on the close. Of course the test came back negative. I'm completely satisfied with SERVPRO of West Jordan and their honesty in their dealings with customers. My house has closed and now I can finally make the move with in the stressful time constraints of the building of our new home. Thank you SERVPRO.
