Susan Meacham
Susan Meacham is the Owner/CEO of SERVPRO of Town and Country. Susan cares about each and every customer and making sure they are satisfied with our services.
Allison Morgan
Allison Morgan is the Job File Manager for SERVPRO of Town and Country. Allison is responsible for the coordination of our job files from the initial call intake to ensuring jobs are properly completed and billed accurately. She works out of our main headquarter office and processes claims both internally and works with insurance carriers processing estimates in the Xactimate pricing system.
Mel Hernandez
Mel Hernandez serves as the Operations Manager for SERVPRO of Town & Country. Mel is IICRC certified for both water and fire restoration, certified in biohazard cleaning processes and has been with the SERVPRO family for nearly five years. His nick name around the office is Mr SERVPRO as he always knows exactly what to do and how to get it done the SERVPRO way.
Jon Gregoire
Jon Gregoire is our Mold Production Manager for SERVPRO of Town & Country. Jon is one of the newest members to the SERVPRO of Town and Country team and recently came on board as our Mold Production Manager. Jon oversees our technician crews who respond to and remediate mold damages. He has a strong background in mold and water mitigation services. He is also licensed by the State of Texas TDLR department as a licensed mold remediator.

Starting with arriving when they said they would. After assessing my situation Julian told me his game plan including updating me of any changes. Julian and Oscar were extremely polite, overly helpful and I felt that Julian and his team really cared about my property to not cause further damage to anything as they relocated it.
