Susan Meacham
Susan Meacham is the Owner/CEO of SERVPRO of The Woodlands/ Conroe. Susan has many years of experience in restoration and committed to serving each and every client.
Allison Morgan
Allison Morgan is the Job File Manager for SERVPRO of The Woodlands/Conroe. Allison schedules all of our production crews to ensure that we can quickly and effectively get our teams in place to preform building emergency services. She has been with the company for several years and is recently married.
Mel Hernandez
Mel Hernandez serves as the Operations Manager for SERVPRO of The Woodlands/Conroe. Mel started his SERVPRO career in Mississippi and later transferred to The Woodlands/Conroe office to manage our training program. Mel ensures that all of our technicians, crew chiefs and production managers are versed in SERVPRO specific training and are properly trained and certified with IICRC.
Jon Gregoire
Jon Gregoire is our Mold Production Manager for SERVPRO of The Woodlands/Conroe. Jon has extensive knowledge in working with mold remediation claims. His experience has earned him the top dog spot on our team as the Mold Project Manager. Jon mentors and trains our mold technicians to be able to remediate mold losses to IICRC standards. In addition he is licensed by the State of Texas TDLR division as a mold remediater.

We are a certified firm with Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and host regular IICRC industry standard trainings at our facility for our technicians, crew chiefs and production managers. We are also certified with the American Bio Recovery Association (ABRA) allowing our production crews to participate in biological clean up which includes drug scene cleanup, homicide cleanup and other claims that require blood or bodily fluid cleanup.
