Zach Broome
Zach Broome is a part owner of SERVPRO of West El Paso. He’s been affiliated with SERVPRO for over 2 years. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and enjoys spending time outdoors.
Jim Metteauer
Jim Metteauer is part owner of SERVPRO of West El Paso He grew up in a small town in East Texas and later went on to attain a degree in Civil Engineering. Post-grad he traveled to seventeen countries and worked in the oil fields for 12 years. He has always enjoyed servicing people and the construction industry and consequently joined forces with friends to start SERVPRO of West El Paso together. He is a licensed mold contractor in Louisiana and Texas, and he has his residential and commercial contractor license in the state of Louisiana. When he is not at work he loves spending time with his beagle-greyhound mix, Carolina, and taking her on adventures!
Lance Tomasich
Lance is our Assistant Production Manager. He has been with SERVPRO for 2 years. Lance holds a WRT certification from IICRC. He is a very hard worker and does not rest until each job is complete and the customer is satisfied.
Fernie Anguiano
Fernie is SERVPRO of Southeast El Paso's Reconstruction Manager. Fernie is extremely passionate about making any project run smoothly and look its absolute best for our customers. In Fernie's free time he enjoys spending time with his large family!
John Trejo
John is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Southeast El Paso. His wealth of knowledge and experience with water, fire, mold and biohazard damage has been a huge asset to our company.

unfortunately, there were two leaks in the waterlines at my house , and as a result my garage, living room and one bathroom were flooded. SERVPRO did an excellent job in cleaning up and especially drying my carpet which was extremely soaked. They also measured the water damage inside the walls, removed the floor boards and put up 13 fans and blowers to dry everything. I was extremely satisfied with their service.
Carlos Martinez was sent to my home to dry the carpets and remove any water damage. I wasn’t going to take the service but after he showed me that the walls were wet, I decided to go with SERVPRO. Carlos is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my decision and I’m so glad I did. I don’t have to worry about unseen mold. Thank you Carlos for the great work and education.
