We had fire damage to our house. Chase, Noah and Mrs Ninoska were amazing!!! They worked so hard to remove all our items and clean our Home from top to bottom. They need a 100 star in my opinion. The staff is excellent. The team of Mason and Marissa made a difficult time, after our kitchen fire and heavy smoke, go much more smoothly than ever expected. The whole crew gets highest marks. Truly professional.

I had an amazing experience working with Mariah Pedraza, Intake Specialist at SERVPRO of San Marcos. Our agency mistakenly sent a payment to the wrong SERVPRO office, and Mariah was quick to understand the situation and assist us. Since then, she’s been incredibly helpful with multiple other invoices. Every time I have a question or need assistance; Mariah is my go-to person. She is always responsive, professional, and a real asset to the team. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of reliable service!

I am currently using SERVPRO for a loss drew perry is assigned to my issue. I have found him to be first of all concerned and he carried that concern into being efficient and thoroughly explained process as well, and I felt he did an outstanding job in restoring my confidence in the fact the job would be well handled and he has to this point not failed to do an outstanding job. Erik his technician went above and beyond and fixed some things that had failed. Such as making sure my front door closed tightly. Other crews were wonderful did there job thoroughly and quickly. Travis was helpful explaining the problems and the solution made me feel from the start that I was in good hands.

Excellent service overall! From the people who came and cleaned my place to Faithe, my claims manager, everyone helped make this stressful situation a little more manageable. Would highly recommended!
