They have cleaned my carpets, cleaned my duct work (which, in my opinion, is worth doing anytime even if you don't have an emergency). I recommended them to my mother-in-law in New Braunfels and she was very flexible about when they came out. I had these guys out before Thanksgiving to clean my air ducts and do a whole house air scrub. It made ALL THE DIFFERENCE in my house over Thanksgiving! My future son-in-law, who’s allergic to cats (and if you know me, you know my cats), had absolutely no issues at all while he was here. What a blessing they were to us (the second time we’ve had them out for this service). They’re more than just cleaning up after major problems. Working with SERVPRO was an excellent choice: Luis, Raul, Logan, Joey and Leo. All were professional and took great care of making sure the job got done and got done correctly. The worked daily to make sure the restoration was completed.
We had a water damage two years ago in our upstairs bathroom. We thought we had dried the area out well, turns out there was moisture trapped under the sink wall that we did not know about at the time. After two years we have started to notice a really bad odor coming from the area. The team at SERVPRO was able to detect the problem and treat the area with antimicrobial treatment and air scrubbers. I was very impressed to see the issue completely resolved.
