Joseph Wirsching
Joseph is SERVPRO of North Laredo franchise owner. He has an MBA with a concentration in management and has 10+ years experience in the insurance and restoration industry. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning Technician. He is also a Texas Licensed Insurance Adjuster and Texas Licensed Mold Remediator.
Sandra Wirsching
Sandra is our Marketing Director. She has an BBA with concentration in Marketing and she recently became a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Her work experience includes HR personnel management and staffing.
Joe Wirsching Jr.
Joe is an office manager who helps with the daily work flow. He has received his Water Removal Technician certification from the IICRC (Institute for Cleaning and Restoration Certification).
Anna Wirsching
Anna is the glue that holds the office together. She keeps both Joe's in line and acts as SERVPRO crew's " surrogate mother." She also has had her Water Removal Technician certification from the IICRC (Institute for Cleaning and Restoration Certification).
Bryan Santillan
Hello my name is Bryan, I work in both the reconstruction and restoration branches of SERVPRO. I have worked here for 4 years and have had great time.

I have been working for SERVPRO since 2021 as a job file coordinator. My responsibilities are to monitor each job file and ensure proper documentation is being made. Maintaining good communication with our crew as well as with our clients, keeping them up to date with their insurance claims. Creating estimates based on our inspections, photos and videos. Our crew is what makes me enjoy coming to work, everyone here is always very positive and very hard working ready to help out anyone in need.

Joseph Wirsching, founder of SERVPRO of North Laredo, had a vision of starting a company that could help people in their most desperate hours when their valuables were affected by water and/or fire damage. Joseph had 11 years of experience in the insurance business, and dreamed of opening up a company in a different area of the industry, one that could help customers overcome their losses; SERVPRO franchises offered that opportunity. SERVPRO is a customer-focused company that starts with the end in mind, by being ready for whatever happens.
As a former property adjuster, Joseph saw how devastating it was for people to lose their personal items which not only had monetary value, but sentimental value as well.
