Allison Morgan
Allison Morgan is the Job File Manager for SERVPRO of Kingwood/ Humble. Allison is responsible for coordinating our technician crews to be able to respond to any claim faster and maintain the communication line between in house staff and our clients.
Mel Hernandez
Mel Hernandez serves as the Operations Manager for SERVPRO of Kingwood/ Humble. Mel ensures our Technicians, Crew Chiefs and Production Managers are properly executing job satisfaction by keeping them all up to date with SERVPRO remediation standards and ensure they have the appropriate industry and IICRC certifications and trainings to produce any job.
Jon Gregoire
Jon Gregoire is our Mold Production Manager for SERVPRO of Kingwood/ Humble. Jon leads a team of dedicated mold technicians who respond to mold losses and effectively mitigate to remove mold and restore homes and businesses. Jon is licensed by the State of Texas TDLR as a mold remediator.
