I was extremely worried, being a single mom and not having a clue about water damage or mold...not a problem because SERVPRO told me everything I needed to know and made sure there were no leaks and that everything had dried out with their super huge fans and timely service. The office staff was always friendly and followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with the job they had done. I had no problem with my insurance company taking care of the payment and working with SERVPRO. Thank God I know who to call in the middle of the night if I have any kind of damage to my home.

Our remediation service was prompt, efficient, and courteous. Angel and team were quick and thorough, and Mark remained attentive and informative throughout the process. Very pleased with the work they provided.
Prompt, professional and honest. Alan, Angel and Tony were great. The mold remediation was faster than I could have dreamed it would be. I am confident the estimate from Steve for repair will be reasonable and scheduled quickly.
