Our house was days away from being listed for sale when a water heater failed and flooded half the house. I was heartbroken and clueless about who to call after the insurance and the realtors. Our realtors recommended Teddy at SERVPRO of Greater Waco. He explained every step of the cleanup and he went to work that afternoon.
Teddy texted updates throughout the mitigation process, sent images and told me when he would be at the property in case I needed to meet with him. He was also very good in his dealings with the insurance carrier and patient with their process.

He never pressured the selection but by that time I trusted him and his work so it was an easy decision to keep him on the job. It was a great decision. The house looked better than before and received compliments from would-be buyers.

My mom found out she had two roof leaks and it wasn’t the best timing. There was going to be heavy rain all week plus she is a first grade teacher and trying to get off work is not easy. Teddy and his team were patient and willing to work with us! He explained everything he was doing very clear and in a way I understood, which helped me be able to keep her updated and in the loop. They did a fantastic job and we both are very thankful!!
