Austin and Jeff were so good about letting me know what needed to be done and what to expect and then doing it; you were very kind to return my calls in a timely manner and to let me know the amount charged to my card; and it was also surprising that the production manager, Nathan, showed up to make certain all was done properly - very impressive and what a great Team ....

My wife and I received great service from the SERVPRO team that came out during our flooding issue. Oscar Ortiz was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly professional. Oscar was able to let us know what to expect throughout the entire process—from beginning to end—which gave us a good sense of peace during a very stressful time. We knew from the time we met Oscar and his team that we were in good hands. Excellent job SERVPRO! Keep up the good work.
When the rainy season came about 3 inches of water flooded my entryway. When I called my local SERVPRO I felt comfortable with the fact that they were local residents from Grand Prairie and they knew exactly what to do! They arrived within minutes and dried the areas affected. They also advised me as to what to do when this happens again. I appreciate that they took the time to address my concerns and gave me tips for the future.
