Joseph and Adrian were very professional. They were able to show up the same day that we found our mold issue, which is really important with the upcoming holidays since it prevented us from being able to install our new refrigerator. They worked quickly and we’re very polite and helpful throughout the whole process. They even found my wedding ring behind the fridge in the wall. The ring have been lost for over eight years. I couldn’t be happier.

Great experience compared to the other franchises Ive used for the same purposes in the past, mainly to mitigate organic growth in a vehicle we were working on. This location was out next day and had the repairs wrapped up within a few hours. Id recommend this SERVPRO of Downtown San Antonio/Team Friermuth to anybody in need of restoration services.

I want to thank Zack, and Bubba for taking care of my elderly neighbors carpet cleaning, and doing such an excellent job! They even came back a second day to insure everything was up to standards. Definitely will be calling them if I need any professional cleaning done!
