I recently bought a home and the seller hired Serve Pro of West Knoxville. The seller was to have them clean the home due to them being smokers to help remove the nicotine residue and deodorize it. I met them at the home for a quote and could not believe how nice and professional they were. After it was scheduled I met them at the home to see the progress and was absolutely amazing. The difference in the home was incredible. The smoke smell was gone, and they did such a thorough job. The kitchen and cabinets looked brand new! They also got a layer off the windows and lighting fixtures I had no idea was there to begin with. I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be using them for future cleaning and other services. To top it off the women that came out for the quote we’re the two to do the cleaning. They had remembered talking to me and were so friendly personable. It was a wonderful experience all around.
I used Sevpro for a customer that I had built a new house for in Tellico Village. There was an issue with the shower pan. Joel came and did an inspection, told me what was going to happen, and how much it was going to cost. The team came out and got it dry and took care of the mold and my customer.
