Collegedale was initially founded because it was decided as the site for Southern Adventist University in 1916. It had a city manager government for a long time, until about 1968 when the town finally became incorporated. Much of Collegedale is in the valley of Wolftever Creek. Tennessee State Route 317 runs through Collegedale to the south toward Georgia. Collegedale has the White Oak Mountain Trails for those up for an adventure. A small airport in Collegdale is located on the east side of the city limits. Harrison Bay is to the northwest of Collegedale.

We were very pleased with the work from start to finish. Tony's knowledge and professionalism really exemplifies his commitment to his job. If the need arises we will definitely use SERVPRO. Most definitely recommend this business.
