Meet Our Team

Greg Self is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Indian Land, Cherokee, Union, and Chester Counties and SERVPRO of Kershaw and Lancaster Counties. He brings over 20 years of experience as a Production/Project Manager to SERVPRO and we are glad to have him on board overseeing the team and managing various projects and tasks.

Greg is married with 5 children and 2 grandchildren and enjoys golfing, fishing, and raising chickens.

Jeremy is the Reconstruction Manager at SERVPRO of Indian Land, Cherokee, Union, and Chester Counties and SERVPRO of Kershaw and Lancaster Counties. He has over 20 years of experience in the restoration and 27 years in the construction industry. He is trained in water, mold and trauma.

Outside of work Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family.

Kerri Rice is the Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Indian Land, Cherokee, Union, and Chester Counties and SERVPRO of Kershaw and Lancaster Counties. She is very dependable and has a strong work ethic with great customer service skills. She is responsible for completing Emergency Ready Profiles, setting up continuing education classes for local insurance agents and responding to our customers needs. Kerri has expanded our franchise footprint since 2019 and is involved with the Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce as an Ambassador, and was named Ambassador of the Year for the Chamber for 2021.

Kerri lives in Lancaster, SC with her husband and two children. In her free time she enjoys watching the Carolina Gamecocks.

Micah King is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Indian Land, Cherokee, Union, and Chester Counties and SERVPRO of Kershaw and Lancaster Counties. Micah has over 17 years of experience as an Office Manager and the team is happy to have her here at the office.

Micah has 2 boys that are active in baseball and football, enjoys all activities outdoors such as camping, fishing, boating and taking her 3 dogs with her.

Daniel Faulkenberry is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Indian Land, Cherokee, Union, and Chester Counties and SERVPRO of Kershaw and Lancaster Counties. He has been with the team for 5 years. His certifications include: IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician, IICRC Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning Technician (UFT) IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration, and SERVPRO Employee Certifications: Crew Training. Daniel has worked with our National Response Team and we are happy to have him a part of the team.

He lives in Kershaw with his wife and four children.

Nick Carey is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Indian Land, Cherokee, Union, and Chester Counties and SERVPRO of Kershaw and Lancaster Counties. He has two years of experience in the industry.

Outside of work Nick enjoys working on his cars and spending time with his kids and family.

Andrew is one of the Cleaning Technicians at SERVPRO of Indian Land, Cherokee, Union, and Chester Counties and SERVPRO of Kershaw and Lancaster Counties.

Outside of work he is an avid baseball fan.
