My house burned due to lightning a short while ago. SERVPRO came in a took care of business and nothing was too big for them. Their dedication to a speedy process and recovery was excellent. Their field manager Emmett was nothing but great. But I'm here today to praise four amazing ladies I met at their PICKENS office yesterday, when I received an email the day before that there were some items I needed to pick up. To make the story short... the way that I was greeted made me feel like I was Royalty and they certainly brighten my day. Not only did Brad do everything he told me he'd do during the time-frame he gave, the contractor, Brian Marchbanks, he sent out to perform the work was excellent. Brian called earlier in the week to confirm the appointment and arrived earlier than expected. He completed the work and answered all my questions. A+ service all-around!
Emmet Fraley and the crew did a wonderful and professional job cleaning out our paint storage tanks. Everyone on the crew was very polite and professional the entire time on the job. I would very highly recommend them for any job.

Our water supply line to our upstairs bathroom, broke 4 days prior to hurricane Helene hitting. SERVPRO sent their team within hours the next morning. Team consisted of team leader, JJ, Garrett & Jason the 1st day. Then J J & Garret handled it all for the next 10 days, including the interruption of five days with no power. They were both very professional, courteous and outstanding young men. JJ was awesome with his immediate communication on numerous occasions with me regarding power back on and all the steps needed until completion. You are fortunate to have them working for you. I would definitely recommend SERVPRO Easley.
