SERVPRO of Providence is your premier Disaster Cleanup and Restoration choice with over 30 years of experience serving the Providence community. Lead by Team TMC Disaster Recovery Services, our SERVPRO team is knowledgable and able to restore your property after any type of mold, fire or water damage.
Although we’ve grown and advanced our skills over the years, there’s so much more that can be done for local property owners. Our team at SERVPRO doesn’t want to be your first call when you have an emergency only. Our technicians are IICRC certified to help make any damage "Like it never even happened." Nearing the completion of the job, one of his guys noticed another area of damage that wasn't visible prior and messaged Antonio. Antonio Silva was our project manager, who came out to assess my water damage and document the work needed. He came out at the same time as Ryan and his cleanup team. Antonio did his assessment quickly and professionally and had the team get started. Soon they had discovered other damaged areas that were not visible needing to be addressed. Antonio said he would take care of contacting my insurance company and later that day had approval from my insurance company to do the additional work. The next day, Antonio came back to make sure the job was being done correctly and well. I cannot say enough about him and his team's efforts! They were all very professional thorough and extremely neat! I would highly recommend Antonio, Ryan and his team for any situation that could require them.
