Meet Our Team

Christopher Gagnon has been the General Manager of SERVPRO of East Greenwich/Warwick/Cranston for over 10 years. He has received certifications as a Water Restoration Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and as an Air System Control Specialist. Prior to becoming the General Manager at SERVPRO, Chris owned a commercial printing company for over 20 years. He is a large supporter of JDRF Golf Community annually. And he also enjoys golfing, going to the beach and spending time with his family and friends.

Melissa Pelletier is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of East Greenwich/Warwick/Cranston. Melissa has been with SERVPRO for ten years and has her Associates Degree in Administration. Melissa has also received a certification in DryBook and has received SERVPRO's on the job training. Melissa has over 15 years in office management experience, and loves reading, spending time with her great-nephew, and helping people through extremely overwhelming situations.

Chris Gagnon Jr. is A Project Manager at SERVPRO of Providence. After attaining his bachelors degree from Fitchburg State, CJ joined us as a technician for one year and has spent his most recent four years with us as a project manager. He has received certifications as a Water Damage Restoration Technician and Applied Structural Drying Technician. CJ participates in various community service and charity events and enjoys exercising, golfing, and meeting new people.

Igor Marroquin is our in house renaissance man! He’s an expert at building rapport and establishing strong business relationships as our Executive Account Manager but he’s also incredibly knowledgeable as an experienced Project Manager. His strengths lie in quickly being able to assess & communicate the benefits of products, services, and business decisions. Igor has held positions as a District Sales Manager, Warehouse Manager, and is also a Certified Personal Trainer/Manager. Igor’s been a valuable asset in the industry for over twelve years and also holds an Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification as a Water Restoration Technician and also has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. He lives in Providence, RI and loves to ski in the winter and golfs in the warmer months. He loves to exercise and stay fit and he’s very active within his church community.

Billy is our Warehouse Manager and has been with our team for 9 years. He has his certification as a Water Damage Restoration Technician. He has a background working with sheet rock. He enjoys spending time with wife and kids. And also likes to play softball.

Andres Garcia is a Crew Chief and has been with SERVPRO of Providence for 20 years. He is certified as a Water Damage Restoration Technician. Andres enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children.

Tomas is a Restoration Technician on our team and has been with us for three years. Tomas loves spending time with his wife and their three children when he’s not working.

Jonathan has been on our team for three years and is an Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) certified Water Damage Restoration Technician. In his free time, Jonathan likes to practice karate, travel, and is a member of Freemasons.

Anthony is our Reconstruction Operations Manager and has been leading our reconstruction division for over a year now. He prides himself on the ability to provide start to finish claims handling of property and casualty and provide mitigation, construction, and over twenty-four years of expertise in the restoration and construction field. Anthony has had his adjusters licenses since 1997 and attended Roger Williams University. He lives in Cranston and has two daughters and one son. He’s a member of the Chamber of Commerce and enjoys watching local sports. Anthony likes to walk outdoors to destress and spends most of his free time in the company of his awesome kids.

Carlos is a Production Crew Technician on our team and loves working in his role. He previously worked for Amazon but has over twenty years experience in restoration as well as wood working. Carlos lives in Warwick, RI and loves spending time with his wife, his children, and his 3 grandkids. They enjoy traveling and participating in sports, watching movies, and playing games together.

Otto joined our team mid last year and has been a great addition to our production technicians since. He previously worked with furniture, and has also worked for UPS. He has a great wealth of experience in cleaning offices and commercial buildings. Otto currently lives in Central Falls and enjoys spending time with his family.

Jeffrey Guzman is a Crew Chief on our team. He lives in Providence, RI and has been on our team since 2019.

Alyssa Swindell is our Reconstruction Project Manager. Prior to working at SERVPRO, Alyssa had worked for a disaster restoration company in North Carolina. She also grew up in a construction family and she’s been a carpenter since 2009. She likes helping people get back to their daily lives after unfortunate circumstances and enjoys the family-like atmosphere at our office. In her off time, she like to hang out with her kids and watch football or go hiking.

Carlos Rodriguez Aguillar is a Production Crew Technician on our team since 2023. He lives in Warwick, RI. He enjoys spending time with his coworkers and developing long lasting friendships.

Fredy Soberanis is a Crew Chief on our team since 2011. He lives in Providence, RI. Fredy worked in mitigation even before joining our team. He prides himself on the care he put into each job. In Fredy’s personal time, he loves to play soccer.

Heather Goode is our Administrative Assistant, she has been on our team since 2023. She loves working with customers each day to make their property issues Like it never even happened.

Ivan Melo is a Project Manager on our team. Loves that SERVPRO offers a family style office setting and he always gets to help people in need. Ivan also enjoys that each job he goes to each day is new and different. He likes baseball, reading, traveling, and volunteering at youth development programs.

Jose Soberanis is a Production Crew Technician on our team. Jose likes the intricate details of mitigation & cleaning. He’s a car enthusiast and enjoys detailing cars.

Karl Villegas is a Crew Chief on our team and he has been with us since 2013. He enjoys going to new places and doing his job to the best of his abilities each day.

Martin Ortiz Urizar is a Crew Chief on our team. Martin likes that each day brings a new experience and that he’s consistently learning new things.

Miguel Medina is a Production Crew Technician on our team. He loves doing demolition and enjoys working on personal fitness.

Rudy Garcia has been a Crew Chief on our team since 2018. Rudy loves being a part of demolition and build back of the jobs at SERVPRO. In his spare time, Rudy enjoys working out and staying fit.

Stephen Demagistris is a Project Manager on our team. He has worked in disaster restoration since 1984. He loves that his SERVPRO coworkers have been so welcoming and are awesome people. He loves sports; hockey, football, baseball, racquetball, tennis, golf, and more!

Zachary is a Crew Chief on our team, he has been working with SERVPRO since 2018 where he began in Mississippi. He loves to golf and be outdoors.

Zulma Gonzalez is a Production Crew Technician on our team and has been with us since 2015. She loves to dance and sing on her time off and enjoys quality time with her children.

Brian, our ever-dependable Reconstruction Project Manager, is a true Rhode Island native through and through. He's been a part of our family for over two years now, always bringing his A-game to the workplace. He's not just a colleague, he's become a cornerstone of our team, offering invaluable insights and dedication that truly makes a difference. We're really lucky to have Brian with us.

Demetreis, our Production Technician who's been a key player in our team for about a year now. Since joining us, they've truly hit the ground running and made a name for themselves around here. With a knack for troubleshooting and an eye for details, they've become our go-to person when the going gets tough. We are so thankful to have Demetreis as a part of our team!
