Trexlertown is a small community in Upper Macungie Township in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. It is a suburb of Allentown and part of the Lehigh Valley metropolitan area. The community spans 2.1 square miles and has a population of 2,300 people.
In 1732, Jeremiah Trexler obtained a plot of land adjoining that of his father in Upper Macungie Township, where he kept a tavern. Shortly thereafter, a road was laid out from his tavern through North Wales in Montgomery County to Philadelphia. As was the custom of the time, a village grew around the tavern, which came to be known as Trexlertown.
Today, Trexlertown is a dense suburban community with many stores, restaurants, and other attractions. Upon returning from vacation we arrived home to find 2-3 inches of water in our basement. It had been there for a few days as the smell was beginning to become strong. They informed us to not worry and everything was taken care of within a few days!

SERVPRO came out quickly and took care of the issue without causing a scene. Thanks to them we were only shut down for 2 hours.
