FLT Museum, Archives and Children's Library
This ambitious project was undertaken jointly by The Business Association of the Greater Shickshinny Area and the Historical and Preservation Society Society of the Greater Shickshinny Area in order to save and restore this downtown landmark. Nearly completed, the building is now home to both organizations with a unbelievable museum displaying local and regional historic memorabilia and a full-service children's library. Needless to say, this has been a monumental task and has taken the support of numerous volunteers from both organizations.

They set up machines to keep the air clean and they removed all the waste. All moldy insulation, plaster, slats, and Sheetrock were removed and cleaned up!
