We had a sewage leak in our crawl space. Needless to say the smell and clean up was more than my DIY family could handle. We originally used a company recommended by our home insurance. We soon found they had not done the job completely and did not pay attention to details. So we decided to hire SERVPRO. They were extremely knowledgeable and courteous.
They cleaned up any remaining sewage and were very detail-oriented. They went above and beyond my expectation of cleaning and making the crawl space a safe area again. They were easy to contact and quick to respond and make an appointment. After a week, we made repairs to the crawl space and you would not even know that there had been sewage leaking in the area.
Don't waste your time with other companies. SERVPRO should have been our first choice!
