A few weeks ago, our basement experienced some flooding from the heavy rains and our sump pump’s inability to keep up with the influx. On a day when finding water mitigation was hard to come by Brian’s team was able to reason within a few hours. Eric and Hector arrived, assessed the damage, got additional pumps running to remove the water and quickly got to work removing the wet carpet, padding, and baseboards. They kept us informed as to what steps they were taking, what equipment they needed to set up and when they would be back to get their dehumidifiers and fans once they ensured all the moisture was gone. Their timely response allowed us to get the space fixed quickly so my mother in law was not displaced for more than a few days. Great work all around!
The men that came to the house from SERVPRO were professional, polite, and nonintrusive. They were all well informed and did a very good job. I highly recommend this service.
