About Us
The Beginning
SERVPRO of Metro Pittsburgh East was purchased and opened in 2019 by owners Jim and Trish Wall. They are devoted to serving the community, which is near and dear to them considering their roles as active members of the community and parents.
We’re Here for You
We have experienced first-hand the stress that accompanies damage to residential and commercial properties. Therefore, we strive to reduce interruptions and make it “Like it never even happened,” following any kind of smoke, fire, or water emergency.

While Jim and Trish Wall own and operate SERVPRO of Metro Pittsburgh East, they also own and operate three other SERVPRO franchises, SERVPRO of Hunt Valley and Harford County, SERVPRO of Harrisburg West, and SERVPRO of Chantilly which together make up SERVPRO — Team Wall. With our headquarters in Maryland, we provide our services to customers in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and any and all places that in the country that have been struck by disaster. The two guys who came found more damage that I’d missed and helped me report it to my insurance. They left lots of equipment to dry everything out and get rid of the smell. They pulled up carpet and tile and removed parts of the wall, all within a few hours. They hauled everything away and picked up the fans the following Monday. They were very professional and nice. They were knowledgeable and helped me through a very stressful situation!
SERVPRO made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Pete allowed me to make decisions while educating me and guiding me to what needed to be done due to the water damage. Having no clue on what was to be done I felt at ease with his advice. SERVPRO was fast and restored my home to its original state. Highly recommend! This company was a pleasure and will definitely be using them in the future.
