I’m having my bathroom redone and I have a small area of black mold around my toilet. My contractor told me he is fine to remove the mold but I wanted another opinion. I was nervous to call SERVPRO because I figured they would just do what a lot of companies do and create fear around the mold so they can secure the job. But it was anything but that. From the initial woman I spoke with to the technician Chris that called me, they operated with honesty and integrity. I didn’t need to have serve-pro do the job but I would Definitely recommend anyone with a mold concern to give them a call.
I just wanted to follow up and if you can please advise Mike who provided the estimates to me, that the two gentleman came today and they did an excellent job!!
I was truly impressed and very grateful for all the hard work. They removed everything, cleaned the foundation, and were extremely polite.
Was very satisfied with service, on time coverage, and responses to calls.
