What our
customers are saying
John and his workers were wonderful to us at such a difficult time. I would highly recommend SERVPRO to my friends and family.
SERVPRO did a great job. I would recommend them to family and friends.
When Chelsea from SERVPRO first reached out to me about the Emergency Ready Plan, I had a lot of questions. What is an ERP? Do we really need one? Do I have time for something like this? Does it cost us money? Chelsea assured me that it something every business should have. There is no cost and it only takes a half hour, max – and she was right about all of it, too! We set up the meeting, and she asked all the questions. For Example: who is the emergency contact for the hotel, who to call if there is a fire, etc., and she filled in all the information onto her tablet. We walked around the property, and took pictures of things like the water and propane emergency shut offs. She wrote down the exact details of how to turn them off and where they were located. After walking the property, she was able to help me download the app to my phone and showed me how to use it. All the information about our property and photos are right there for me to access, from anywhere! My favorite part of the ERP is that we now have a printable book that we use in all of our emergency procedure meetings. If we did have an emergency, the staff would be able to pull the book out, look for the water shut off, turn it off, call the water company, and minimize all the damage that would have occurred if the staff did not have this information. In conclusion, I didn’t know we needed an ERP, and now that we have one, we use it to make our staff feel prepared, educated and empowered.
Water heater burst and flooded our finished basement. Insurance suggested SERVPRO and it was the right call. Clint and crew showed up assessed the damage and went to work. Because of their quick work more was saved than lost. Highly recommend, very efficient and thorough.
We had water damage in our upstairs bathroom that damaged the kitchen ceiling below. As soon as SERVPRO arrived they assessed the damage and got ahold of the insurance company. They quickly removed the damage and added in fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything out. We were able to save the oak wood floor upstairs because they responded so quickly and got it dried out! They came back daily to check on things and were professional, kind, and helpful!
Excellent.Trustworthy, quick, and efficient.
The guys were wonderful. Very happy with their work.
Very Professional. I was kept informed every step of the way.
John was fantastic, professional, prompt and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs SERVPRO in the future!!!
