We first met the SERVPRO team in August 2020. During the pandemic, we had a leak that damaged our floors. The crew came out and handled everything beautifully! We were so pleased that we inquired about them doing additional work in our home. Did you know SERVPRO does home renovations? They completely gutted and remodeled 2 bathrooms, replaced our floors on the main floor and second floor in our home! They gave us a timeline from start to finish and stuck with it! Our projects were completed on time and on budget! The entire process was seamless. From start to finish Joe, Jesse, Carlos, Randy, Bill and everyone else were fantastic. Highly recommend SERVPRO of Avondale. We had a cracked pipe in the laundry room. They removed concrete, fixed & replaced the pipe, put new concrete, replaced drywall and molding, repainted the room, removed & replaced flooring, and removed & returned appliances.

We had a very bad skunk odor in our home that was making our lives miserable. SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford came out and removed the odor and we are very happy with the results. My focus in this review is with the two employees that were here over the two days. They could not have been more polite, friendly and professional. They explained every aspect of the job and were knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. It was a pleasure having them here.
Each time that we have had a flood, you have been so amazingly kind, competent and skilled. Within one hour, Kathleen was here, assessed the issues and got her team straight to work. Your team goes above and beyond in every single one of their interactions with clients. Communication is constant and timely, and each of your crew is professional, polite and frankly, a pleasure to have in my home. SERVPRO is the only company that I will ever use.
Brian Cliff and this whole team are absolutely incredible! I highly recommend using them to any other realtors who work with residential clients and/or investment properties! I have been involved with SERVPRO services for a few years now. I have used them in my community after Hurricane Ida, fire calls, recommended them to family after a water leak and even use their services at my place of employment (233 unit apartment complex). Cliff and Brian are always quick to respond and go above and beyond making sure any of our issues are addressed thoroughly. From flood waters, leaking pipes, dyer vent cleaning, carpet cleaning and more.... they handle it all! I keep their cards handy and recommend them to anyone in need.

During the installation of a new dishwasher, we discovered black mold. The dishwasher had been leaking without our knowledge. In a panic, we called SERVPRO and they were out to our house in less than an hour. They almost immediately began removing the mold. They were professional, answered all our questions and concerns. They quickly and efficiently removed the mold. Due to the mold issue, we lost a few cabinets and some of our floor. After receiving estimates from a few contractors, we hired SERVPRO to complete the rebuild of our kitchen. During the estimate, the construction manager offered ideas and suggestions for the rebuild. He was patient and answered all our questions. He then provided a fair estimate in a very timely manner.
Our rebuild is now complete and I am beyond impressed with the work. Our kitchen looks amazing, the work is high quality and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We will definitely be using SERVPRO for any future remodeling needs.
