We have used SERVPRO twice for two mishaps with our house. They were very professional and informative. They were so clean when working, making sure they cleaned everything up that was worked on. They also made it so we were able to save money where we could. I highly recommend this company.
What a relief to know that the reconstruction team at SERVPRO of Easton, Bethlehem and Whitehall know what they are doing!!! Dealing with someone and a company that is not only knowledgeable but is patient enough to explain many options and the costs involved eliminated a lot of stress for me. Rob actually cleaned up after completing the job! WOW!!! SERVPRO is now my "go to" company for all projects!

He proved to be highly skilled and consistently managed a positive attitude. The production manager Kyle visited multiple times to deal with clean up, and he professionally managed the refinishing of my damaged hardwood flooring. My congratulations to the franchise owners for their wisdom in hiring and retaining exceptional customer service oriented employees like Rob and Kyle.
