So thankful for Tony and Matt! They truly came to the rescue when our garden hose line split inside our house. What a mess! Tony and Matt moved our personal belongings quickly, and checked the property daily until no moisture remained. Only carpet and a small section of ceiling drywall needed to be replaced. So glad these guys were available to help on a weekend. Our situation would have been much worse without them!

I had significant water damage to the outside door and concrete block walls of both an outside and inside storage area. First, Germain and Bob did an excellent job cleaning, treating and drying both areas. They were very courteous and explained the process very clearly and worked well as a team. Then Mark and AJ came to remove and replace the external door and paint the interior space walls. Installing the door was a particularly tedious process in fitting into an existing space with the outside stone faced. I was particularly impressed with the professional care Mark took to ensure that the door would be square in the opening, hang correctly and open/close without binding. Mark and AJ were extremely courteous, worked very well as a team, carefully cutting and fitting the side frame mounting plates, installing the door and frame, caulking and sealing between the frame and irregular stone wall, and then installing the lockset. Mark was extremely careful not to allow the caulking to smear over the stone. I was truly impressed with Mark's concern for installing the door correctly, and that it should look good too! And that it does! Thank you SERVPRO very much.
Octavia, Roch and Tom were here on 11/9. They were efficient, thorough, professional and extremely courteous. They were able to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend them.
Our experience with SERVPRO’s team of professionals has been excellent. Octavius, Shawn, and Alex were so friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the task at hand. They put us at ease the minute they walked in our house and answered all of our questions promptly. We have two little ones and they were super accommodating with the kids. Water damage is scary but they took the stress out. Highly recommend!!!
