Jeff and his crew were amazing. Through neglect of the township, our basement flooded with sewage. Jeff and his crew have been such a blessing to our family. We can’t thank them enough. We would recommend him to anyone!
We had just bought brand new furniture the day before we hosted Christmas with our family at our new home. Our family had brought an elderly dog (that we didn't realize at the time) had been relieving himself on our day old furniture. I called Jeff and he had his team out immediately for an upholstery clean. Jeff was so understanding and although it was a small job compared to what I'm sure he normally deals with, still treated me as his #1 priority. Greg did an amazing job on our furniture - it smells and looks brand new! I would recommend Jeff and his team for any job, big or small!
My hot water tank broke and Jeff came on a SUNDAY to help me get the process of cleaning up started. I cannot tell you how relieved I was to have someone that was knowledgeable and truly concerned about getting the job done quickly and correctly. When it came time to clean up my basement the guys he had working for him went as far as bringing my porch furniture down from the porch just to help me out. I would wholeheartedly recommended them to anyone.
Disaster restoration is a big deal for those involved and can cause people a lot of stress. Jeff is a very good guy and excellent with customer service. We noticed mold in one of our basement closets and panicked! Called SERVPRO and in a few days Jeff was out to look at the situation. Assured us they would take care of the matter. He was confident it was fixable without too much involved. A few days later Greg called and came out and informed us it was minimal mold and began the work. He came back one more time and finished the job! We are all set and no damage done! We are so grateful for the speed of answering to our call and then getting to the job right away! Courteous, Efficient, Informative, Affordable, and a Job Well Done! We highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone, and would call them again with any problems!
