My experience with JJ and SERVPRO of SW Portland was nothing short of excellent. Every encounter was timely and efficient; JJ was very responsive and a treat to work with. Our COVID cleaning went smoothly, and we feel confident in and pleased with their performance.

We’ve used SERVPRO of SW Portland twice at our place of business. Both experiences were excellent. A wooden storage shed on our property burned to the ground three or four years ago. SERVPRO’s hazmat team did a superb job cleaning up the huge mess left behind. The water removal work that José, Makayla and Geo did in the basement of our office building yesterday was also extremely well done. Jose and his crew were professional, courteous, friendly, on time, and respectful of our property. I wouldn’t hesitate to call SERVPRO of SW Portland should any future need arise.

Deb did a stellar job! The level of detail in her inspection was incredible. The inspection she did was for a duplex apartment that had been absolutely trashed by a tenant and full of cat pee. She did a wonderful job! Highly recommend their services

Debi Willis, the Crew Chief that was sent to handle the crawlspaces here on our property. Before we got in contact with Debi, we had tried to get multiple vendors out here to help us, for over a year and no one had helped. Debi came to the rescue, got us a bid super fast. She was also able to schedule a  plumber at the same time. Debbie has been a big life saver. We are so happy to have her on her team.

I called SERVPRO because we needed a thorough cleaning. They called back within the hour and scheduled for first thing the next day. Josh and his team were right on time and did a great job.
