SERVPRO of Southeast Portland is a woman owned family franchise that is proud to have the opportunity to serve our local community. We specialize in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial property after a fire, smoke or water damage has occurred. In addition, we perform mold mitigation, general commercial and residential cleaning including crime scene and bio hazard cleanup. Every job is performed with empathy and transparency ensuring that our neighbors are taken care of quickly, efficiently and to their satisfaction. I can't thank SERVPRO of Southeast Portland enough for all they did for me when my basement had water damage. We had a water supply line in the second story wall burst on a Saturday evening during the snows in February. Several inches of water filled the finished basement with some of it pouring through electrical outlets. It was a rough day. SERVPRO was contacted. Silo called back quickly to schedule immediately to come out and assess despite the snow and the fact that it was Saturday night. He even offered to bring us coffee which demonstrated that he understands how people might be feeling when they require SERVPRO services. Overwhelmed is probably the word for it. He showed up, did his assessment, offered some much needed humor, and then gave us an idea of what to expect going forward. Very professional without being impersonal. And so far, he has been the only contractor/service person we've contacted who was willing or able to come out and help. If it weren't for him showing up, we'd still be overwhelmed, searching for any kind of relief. I look forward to continuing to work with Silo and his team as we try and resolve this unforeseen disaster.
The guys came out and cleaned some mold out of our closet in the store and it was amazing! Super clean, very prompt, courteous and would love to recommend them to friends and family. Would purchase services from them again.
They know their business. They repaired my water damage and it looked "Like it never even happened." They assisted in handling the insurance claim as well! Very happy!
Took a devestating situation and helped put us at ease. Explained step by step the process.
