Candice McCain is SERVPRO of Grants Pass/Central Point's Estimator. Candice is Certified in Water, Fire, and Mold. She has been with SERVPRO of Grants Pass/Central Point for 7 years and is fully committed as a SERVPRO employee.
Shantae Ah Sing
Shantae is the File Coordinator for our franchises and brings years of experience in the fire and water restoration industry. She has a wide variety of skill sets that make her an invaluable member of our SERVPRO team of heroes.
Rochelle Dowling
Rochelle is the Office Manager here at SERVPRO of Grants Pass/ Central Point. She is head accountant and provides excellent leadership skills.
Rochelle enjoys spending time traveling with her family.
Allie Thiede
Allie is the Administrative Assistant and Lead Dispatcher here at SERVPRO of Grants Pass/Central Point. She works closely with John, the owner, and provides job detail knowledge to our Operations Manager. She also works along side our head accountant. She is a jack of all trades and is a huge asset to our SERVPRO team.

The SERVPRO representatives came out to my property because I had severe water damage that started on the second floor of a townhouse and they handled my water damage with care and diplomacy. These folks packed up the tenant's contents and helped relocate the tenants to temporary housing while making repairs to the townhouse. SERVPRO understood the deadlines I had to get the Tenants moved back in their home.
I trusted SERVPRO with the repairs and they were also capable of dealing with the asbestos abatement without hiring another contractor. John and his team provided me with an emergency plan in case something ever happens like this again at any of my other properties. Next time I will know who to call. Thank you SERVPRO!
