Salish Ponds, Oregon is an area made up of two ponds on the east side of Portland in Fairview, Oregon. http://fairvieworegon.gov/facilities/facility/details/salish-ponds-wetland-park-9 Salish Ponds park is the main attraction. Salish Ponds Park was once part of a rock quarry. It became a public park in 1999 when Fairview combined the water-filled quarry pits that are now east and west Salish ponds with the surrounding wetlands area.
Both ponds have fish in them. East Salish Pond has Bass and Panfish. The bass in this pond often strike artificial lures that resemble prey species such as fish, frogs, crayfish and worms. East Salish also has bluegill, bullhead catfish and potentially larger channel catfish.
Our community precipitation most days of the year apart from a few short summer months. Precipitation is rain, snow, sleet, or hail. With mostly rain, the winters are very wet, cold and overcast. The chance of rain and wet days is very common, which can be a contributor to water damage and mold issues. Summers are dry and clear. In recent years, fires have made their way towards the area and cause fire and smoke damage. July and August are great to visit.

I oversee the maintenance at a hotel in downtown Portland and we had to 'condemn' a room due to a biohazardous situation. I called Jesse Walker to come to handle it, and he did. He worked with me and his contractors and the room was bare bones in no time! They disposed of the contaminated furniture properly and were totally upfront on billing when a 2-day task only ended up being a few hours. Jesse is now my go-to guy if any disasters go down.
