I have been working with SERVPRO of Barrie for the past 6-7 months as they have utilized my companies services, and they have been nothing but professional and a pleasure to work with. So when I needed the ducts cleaned out at my house, I decided to use them based on my professional relationship with them. All I can say, there was no surprise with how their employees treated my home and how professional the two gentlemen were. They did a fantastic job and left my home as if nothing had happened. Hired SERVPRO to remediate water damage from a crack in our foundation and around our basement window. They were first rate in dealing with the situation. Very professional. When it came time to refinish the basement with new drywall and paint the job was done exceptionally well. Frank who did the work was great, helpful and polite and a joy to have in our home. They were quick to respond to our request and handled our internal politics like pros to produce a final edit of our new monthly proactive cleaning contract in place and on time. SERVPRO of Barrie is the best restoration service in town, hands-down! They answered my call for help on the second ring, in the middle of the night! They arrived to my house within 40 minutes of that and were out within an hour from that. They came back when my kitchen was dry and were the most organized and efficient team I have seen in a long time!
