We had a major water line break in our old farmhouse with 2,000 gallon of water flood our home damaging our newly remodeled home.
I cannot say how impressed I have been with the SERVPRO team. Cameron the project manager stayed on top of our challenge everyday. At the end of every day I received a text reviewing the work accomplished and the plan for the next day. Amazing.
They did everything they said they would do. Julio our team leader managed the team everyday. Attitudes were always encouraging, always positive. It was so wet and muddy but they didn’t seem to be phased by it.
Corey, Jerry, Jaylen, Gerard, Donte, Chad, Antonio and Donovan made up the team. I can’t say enough about these guys. They all worked so hard.
In Oklahoma SERVPRO is the only choice!
I cannot say enough about the helpful, respectful and kindness I experienced with everyone I had the experience to meet. From the clean up crews to the guys who laid the flooring, the painters, the drywaller, they were all so very understanding and supportive through this process and difficult time.
The Adjuster, Justin Seago and the contractor Kevin Mitchell were always keeping me up to date either with an email, text or phone call. They were so dependable and made sure to address every question or concerns. Ethical, hard working and caring human beings. If you have ever had an experience when your home is flooded, etc., just having these people taking care of getting your home back to living conditions again make all the difference. Everyone who entered my home would always be welcomed. So thankful for each and everyone of them. God Bless Them All!
