What Is the Mold Remediation Process?
Air Filtration
Our specialized filtration equipment allows our professionals to capture microscopic mold spores out of the air. We utilize powerful “air scrubbers” and HEPA vacuums to prevent the spread of these mold spores while the mold remediation is in process.
Removing Mold and Mold-Infested Materials
We use antifungal and antimicrobial treatments to treat mold colonies. When necessary to remediate heavy mold growth, our mold removal process includes the removal and disposal of mold-infested porous materials such as carpeting, drywall, and insulation.
Cleaning
Our professionals clean the structural elements that were infected by mold such as flooring, framing, fixtures, HVAC and mechanical systems. Troy was astute enough to recognize that this individual (female with a dog) did NOT belong on the property. My mom was confused thinking the woman may have been (albeit oddly)with the crew. Troy ensured that the woman immediately left the property. He was alert enough to take a picture of her vehicle and license plate. They worked with my mom and called the police. They stayed with my mom while the police took the report and did the prelim investigation. Their attention to the details of their actual job was outstanding. But the comfort, TLC and astuteness in the "personal" side of the job was a very unexpected and special comfort/blessing to my mom and me. I cannot say enough about how much their *care* & *respect* for my mom meant. Too many times, elderly (especially women) are taken advantage of. We have no doubt that the woman who invaded my mom's house at the seemingly *opportune* time, was there for an ulterior/not-good purpose.
