Preston is one of SERVPRO of Central Tulsa's Crew Chiefs as well as the marketing manager. He has over 10 years of experience in the fire and water restoration industry as well as mold remediation and carpet cleaning. Preston is certified with IICRC in Water Damage Restoration.
Jonathan Ramirez
Jonathan is one of our Crew Chiefs with over 10 years of experience in the water and fire restoration industry. He is qualified in mold remediation and cleaning, and oversees many of our larger projects. Jonathan is certified with IICRC in Water Damage Restoration.
Jacob Beavers
Jacob is one of our Crew Chiefs and has over 3 years of experience in water and fire restoration as well as mold remediation and carpet cleaning. His hands on experience, qualifications, and outgoing personality have won the respect of our many customers. Jacob is certified with IICRC in Water Damage Restoration.
Kelsea Beavers
Kelsea works in our office as an Administrative Assistant. Among other office tasks, she has several years of experience in building estimates and working with insurance adjusters. Her expertise in customer relations is something our customers value.

My parents house flooded in May of 2019. Water
was inside the house up to 4 feet high. It took
several days for the water to get completely out of
the house. By the time the water was completely
gone there was mold all over the sheetrock.
Everything was removed all the way to the ceilings.
Once all of the carpet, sheetrock, and insulation were
all removed from the house, SERVPRO came in and
dried the house completely out. this took several
days and SERVPRO stayed on top of the situation.
Once the house was completely dry, SERVPRO
performed mold remediation by sealing all of the
wood and then performing a fog job to prevent any
future growth.

their service. The house is completely remodeled
and we have experienced no issues whatsoever.

Called them for advice on how to handle a carpet disaster I had. I was painting a room at my house and dumped paint all over my new carpet. I was in a panic. Called just to find out what to do to fix this bad situation. They told me not to anything because I would make it much worse which I was. They sent a crew out in no time and brought in their equipment and jumped on it and took care of it. They even followed up and back just to check up on it and do another cleaning a second time. I didn't know what to do but they did. Leave that to the experts. I would highly recommend them.
We recently used SERVPRO of Central Tulsa when the hot water heater in our Master Bathroom failed, flooding both the bathroom and Master Bedroom. What a mess! David's team was quickly dispatched and were at our house in less than an hour (we live in Claremore)! Project Manager Jonathan hastily ensured the water was extracted and drying equipment was up and running. In the days that followed, each SERVPRO professional that entered our home were courteous, respectful and diligent in their work. From pack out, demo, remodeling, unpacking and also dealing with our insurance company, we couldn't have been more pleased!! When they were finished our house looked better than before the water loss!! These are highly skilled, professional, and honest people and we would not hesitate to use them again. One of the most scary and difficult circumstances when there is a loss is dealing with the insurance company. The greatest thing about David and his crew handling my loss was that they were such an advocate for me with the insurance company. I felt that I was well represented and I was able to get everything I could from my insurance.

They cleaned and spot treated carpeting after a tenant moved out of our rental in preparation for listing the house on the market. They also cleaned the intake vent of the furnace which had not been cleaned for several years. It was great work, and both of their technicians were prompt, efficient, and respectful.
