Located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Lortondale is a historic neighborhood of architect designed mid-century modern homes, friendly social events, two neighborhood pools, and a great midtown location. The Lortondale Neighborhood was designed in the early 1950s and constructed between 1954 and 1957. The homes were designed by local Tulsa architect Donald Honn and built by developer Howard Grubb. The neighborhood was the recipient of many design awards during the 1950s. Currently, the neighborhood is seeking National Historic Register status.

My parents house flooded in May of 2019. Water
was inside the house up to 4 feet high. It took
several days for the water to get completely out of
the house. By the time the water was completely

Called them for advice on how to handle a carpet disaster I had. I was painting a room at my house and dumped paint all over my new carpet. I was in a panic. Called just to find out what to do to fix this bad situation. They told me not to anything because I would make it much worse which I was. We recently used SERVPRO of Central Tulsa when the hot water heater in our Master Bathroom failed, flooding both the bathroom and Master Bedroom. What a mess! David's team was quickly dispatched and were at our house in less than an hour (we live in Claremore)! Project Manager Jonathan hastily ensured the water was extracted and drying equipment was up and running. In the days that followed, each SERVPRO professional that entered our home were courteous, respectful and diligent in their work. From pack out, demo, remodeling, unpacking and also dealing with our insurance company, we couldn't have been more pleased!! They cleaned and spot treated carpeting after a tenant moved out of our rental in preparation for listing the house on the market.
