Massive water leak on second floor caused severe damage to first floor ceiling, walls and flooring. In the midst of many calls due to big northeast Oklahoma freeze, a crew came out quickly to mark the water damaged areas. Although necessary drying equipment wasn’t immediately available, a 3-man crew led by Julio Chavez came out as soon as possible and worked on mitigation and removal of water-damaged flooring and drywall for 3 days. They placed and positioned necessary drying equipment carefully so as not to damage any household furniture or accessories. They carefully moved items aside and covered them with plastic to protect from dust and dirt from tear-out operation. Very pleased with professionalism and thoroughness with which Julio and crew did the job. After initial work Steve Ball made 2 trips out to check on drying status and take care of equipment removal. The work done by SERVPRO was a bright spot in the middle of a really trying time.

I think the first 2 that came out were Clark and Gerald they removed all the damage and set me up for drying out. Steve came the next couple of times to make sure everything was dry. He was THE BEST! Would recommend and use them again. But hopefully I won’t need to.
