The entire experience with SERVPRO, that started with an unfortunate flood, was an absolute pleasure throughout. Carl supervised our cleanup with professionalism and care. Then Todd worked with us on rebuild. From estimating the damage, to working directly with our insurance to help us get the payout we needed, to helping us decide what materials to use and designing the project, to supervising the professionals doing our job, and finally making sure that every single detail was just right, this guy knows what he’s doing! It was a true pleasure seeing someone who is as great at his job as he is, and also a nice, friendly guy. I would recommend him to my family and friends in a heartbeat.
