On Aug 15, you came to my home, and assessed the water damage to my basement. I had a business meeting in Syracuse later that day, yet needed to have someone assess the damage and determine how to ward off additional damage from occurring. Thanks to your efforts, two wonderful SERVPRO professionals came out to my home within an hour, set up blowers/dehumidifier – allowing me to jump in the car and head out of town (while knowing that the water damage was being taken care of.)

I wanted to write to thank you for being understanding and rectifying the situation at hand. It means more than you can know. My husband passed away in March and this is the first time I am dealing with these types of household issues on my own.
