We would have been in operation quicker, due to how quickly SERVPRO worked, the only delay opening back up was due to the lack of materials available which was a direct result of the high volume needed by so many business in the area who were also affected by the storm.

A typical Sunday afternoon doing laundry turned into what could have been a nightmare. The pipe connecting the water supply to my washing machine busted and flooded my basement with 2 feet of water in some areas. I immediately called SERVPRO and they assured me they would take care of everything and not to panic. Within the hour a crew was at my house and shortly after the basement was water free and professionally cleaned. The crew was professional, polite, efficient and clean! They explained all the necessary steps they (and myself) would take over the next few days to make sure no mold grew. The crew was back two days later to check on the progress and make sure everything dried up safely. Thank you SERVPRO!!!

When they tell you that they are faster to any size disaster, that is true. I heard from the project manager immediately after I called, moments later. From the very beginning, everyone has been on top of getting our issue cleaned up and getting us back to normal. I highly recommend the team at SERVPRO of East Meadow/Westbury.
I have worked with you many times and you are very responsive, which is excellent. The last job we had last week, your crew showed up with a ton of equipment. Your crew is friendly and responsive and did anything we needed.
