They were all professional, polite, and answered questions when asked. Bill, Sean and Sal were careful with removing the water damaged materials and setting up the drying machines, then cleaned the floors, etc., of any dust on their way out. They explained the process and worked quickly to get it done. I am hopeful that the remainder of the process of working with them will go just as smoothly!
